I had this wonderful Asian chicken salad in the bay area a few years ago. I absolutely think it is the best salad I have ever had. Ever since, I have been trying to recreate my own version of this dish but I had a hard time getting the right dressing favor.

I saw this "Balsamic Chicken Sandwich" recipe a while back on a Sunday's Paper. I knew back then, when the weather warms up, I would love to make it for my special Sunday treat.

I grew up eating a lot of very yummy satay chicken with peanut sauce made by my mom. I remember my mom would smash fresh peanuts into peanut butter. Everything my mom made was to the perfection.

Yeung Chow Fried Rice or 'Yang Zhou Chao Fan' is a popular Cantonese style wok fried rice dish found in most Chinese restaurants. This is definitely my most favorite type of fried rice because it is full of tons of my most favorite ingredients like char siu, shrimp, peas, and eggs.
